Question: "What are minimum quantities?"
Answer: Component order minimums can be as small as 1,000 pieces.

Question: "How reliable are the factories you deal with?"

Answer: We have a 15 year relationship with most our factories. At any one time we typically have several orders placed with each factory. We typically only use factories that we have a long proven relationship with.

Question: "Who are your typical customers?"
Answer: Small and medium sized manufacturing companies that make a product.

Question: "Why should we import components?"
Answer: We are in a global marketplace that consistantly puts pressure on your bottomline. Reducing your component cost substantially is a quick and reliable way to increase your bottomline and continue to manufacturing your product, thereby, keeping jobs in the USA.

Question: "Will I have to wait months and months to recieve my shipment?"
Answer: Typically 1st Piece takes 60 days and production takes 90 days.

Question: "What if I get unacceptable parts ?"
Answer: Our trading partner has offices in Los Angeles, China, and Taiwan and dispatch Quality Engineers to the factory and evaluate the production process. State of the Art Quality programs monitor the manufacturing process to detect problems, not wait until the part has already been made...or worse yet, find you have a quality problem after recieving the shipment from Asia.

Question: "Do I have to pay for shipment prior to recieving?"
Credit references are requested upon customer placing purchase order. Assuming a positive credit reference feedback, an open credit account is the objective.
